LiveBuses.co.uk was born out of a simple idea shared between a father and his young son. As a family, we spend a lot of time using buses, whether it’s trips through our village or city breaks and exploring new places. We quickly realised how difficult it could be to find accurate, realtime bus locations, especially when we were traveling outside of our usual routes, or simply, just waiting for a bus to turn up!

That’s when we decided to build something that could make our own journeys easier and hopefully, help others along the way. We built a fast, easy to use live bus tracker that people could access from anywhere. Whether you’re looking for buses in your local area or planning a trip to a new place, we wanted to make sure that live bus tracking was just a few clicks away.

We enjoy improving the experience of our map, refining the platform and adding new features to make it even better. Over time, we hope to build something truly special that makes getting around on the bus easier for everyone.
